By using PodclipperAI, you explicitly agree that you will only upload, process, and distribute media (audio, video, and images) for which you own the copyright, or for which you have explicit, legally binding permission from the copyright owner to modify and create derivative works.

PodclipperAI acts solely as a passive technological conduit for your media processing. I do not claim ownership of your content, nor do I manually review uploads. You are entirely legally responsible for the files you process using our tools.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PodclipperAI, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of copyright law or these Terms. If I get sued because of your upload, you are responsible for the legal costs.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Processing pirated movies, music, or premium courses.
• Uploading illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our rendering APIs.
