How to File a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or processed through our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific Job ID or download URL generated by our service to permit me to locate the file.
  4. Your contact information (email address and phone number).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy: AI Vista Studio logs the IP addresses of uploads. I will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
